Contracts / Helpdesk

The Contracts module within BME integrates with our Job App and Resource Scheduler. The App allows technicians to immediately view jobs that are scheduled for them and access forms for the client to sign off.

The Contracts module also has many useful features that help manage your Assets and plan scheduled maintenance, using work orders/jobs to allocate resources. The Help desk module enables you to track call outs and support.
